The world is on fire -- literally and metaphorically. 2020 has been stressful enough, but when you’re also in a helping profession, it feels ten times heavier. Reaching a moment of burnout can come much faster than before and it’s more important than ever to be kind to yourself about it. You need to have as much empathy for yourself as you do for others. (I’m looking at you therapists and non-profit peeps).
